Our training program offers two options: an online course and a combination of online and face-to-face training:
With our online course, you’ll get access to seven modules covering all the essential aspects of stock management, including preparing for audits, line cleaning, management accounts, stock security, and more. Each module includes a video and a quiz to reinforce learning. Plus, participants will have access to relevant documents to use in their business.

Completing our online course will give your staff the knowledge and skills required to operate more efficiently and effectively. The program is priced at £35 per user for the first five users, with a reduced cost of £25 per user for additional users. This cost-effective and convenient training option is suitable for businesses of all sizes.
Our face-to-face training option is perfect for you if you’re looking for a more hands-on approach. In addition to the online course, you’ll receive a visit from one of our experienced auditors. The auditor will take you through the key learning concepts in detail, answer any questions you may have, and carry out a walk-through in the cellar and bar with you. Furthermore, they’ll provide observations and comments for improvement tailored to your business needs.Â
By receiving one-on-one guidance and feedback, your staff can put the theory into practice, and you’ll see an immediate improvement in your operations. The cost of this option depends on your business needs, and we’ll provide a proposal within 48 hours of completing the brief form.
