Having worked with Abbey 5 Star  for over 4 years now, I can only commend their level of service. I have worked with Grant since July 2017 when the hotel opened. The hotel has a large F&B outlet; achieving nearly £2m in revenues in the hotel's first year trading. Stock control and reporting is crucial in such a high turnover property and I can only commend Grant for his prompt reporting, feedback and often advisory points following an audit.

Grant has guided a novice F&B manager through the audit process whilst completing his own task in hand, further reassuring me that the task in hand is not only an audit.
